Your professional and rapid approach really stands out and we could not be happier with the final result. We would strongly recommend any person who is interested in contracting a house being built to consider building through Johns Constructions.

Prior to signing with Johns Constructions we were told of the several complications that we may encouter attepmpting to build a house thorugh a builder. The way Johns Constructions handled our building has led us to believe that these complications are myths.

I would like to thank you and your team for helping us to achieve a goal - that is to live in our own home.

It is different to the other homes on this estate, which is what we wanted. We have had very positive comments form the neighbours, telling us how good it looks. Your input to us on the outside of the house is so pleasing to us, considering the constraints we had living in Canberra during construction.

As for the ducted heating - that's an absolute blessing, after leaving Canberra and the cold army houses we lived in there. I rub it in all the army wives about how good the heating is!

Overall, we are very impressed with the end result. We are so glad to be living in it instead of renting it out first. Although there were a few hic-cups along the way with banks, solicitors and the distance, we couldn't have asked for more than the patience and understanding given to us from Johns Constructions.

Thanking you again. We love our home. No doubt when the time comes for our posting we will get it rented out straight away.
